Our Story

Founded in 2010, Fresh Sushi was born from a lifelong passion for authentic Japanese cuisine and a desire to share the true art of sushi with the world. Our founder, Chef Hiroshi Tanaka, trained for over 15 years in Tokyo's most prestigious sushi restaurants before bringing his expertise to create a space where tradition meets excellence.

What began as a small neighborhood spot has grown into a beloved destination for sushi enthusiasts, but our core values remain unchanged: respect for ingredients, mastery of technique, and commitment to delivering an unforgettable dining experience.
